Q. How many guests can I have at my party? Does this include adults?
A. You can invite up to 25 guests to your bounce party and this does not in include adults. We do request that for every 10 children attending your kids party , there is one adult present.
Q. What if I have more than the 25 guest limit?
A. We do charge $10 per extra guest up to 35 guests. For groups larger than 40 people total please inquire about our delux indoor party package package.
Q. Can I bring in outside food?
A. No, outside food. However, you are welcome to bring the cake to your child birthday party. Mountain Mike's Pizza can be ordered when booking your events at sacramento's indoor party zone. Plates, napkins & utensils will be supplied with each party.
Q. Do you have balloons?
A. Each All About Fun Party Package comes with a couple of decorative balloons (2) in the celebration room. You can purchase additional balloon bouquets at time of booking your children's birthday party. (pricing)
Q. When should I place my pizza order?
A. At the time of booking. We would like to have a final head count 72 hours prior to the party. This is to ensure proper delivery and set up of the pizza and all the supplies in the celebration rooms.
Q. How do I get the invitations to send out to the party guests?
A. Invitations are available for download on the About US page. Download, print in color or black and white, fold and they are ready for mailing. REMEMBER: Each child must have the signed part of the invitation with them when they attend the party. This invitation doubles as a permission slip from the parent or guardian and without it, they can't play!!
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, when you reserved a party we will require a 20% security deposit. We will charge the remainder of the bill on the day of the party. Deposits can be cash or credit card. Cash will need to be paid at the indoor facility itself and credit card deposits can be made over the phone.
Q. Can I purchase goodie bags?
A. Absolutely, goodie/gift bags will be available for purchase for
$2.50/bag. They are filled with stickers, pencils, games, memo pads and other various fun items.
Q. What should I bring to the party?
A. All children's permission slips and SOCKS!!! Socks are always required to be in the party rooms. If you do forget them, you can always purchase them in the reception area. If you would like to bring quarters for the video games you are welcome to do so, but we also have a change machine for your convenience.
Q. Will there be someone in the party room to serve my cake/pizza/etc?
A. Yes, you will have a party lead to assist you with refreshments and taking pictures. Once you enter the party room, you will be responsible for serving yourselves. We will clean up for you. We are not responsible for monitoring the children's behavior at any time. All behavior modifications will be immediately brought to the attention of the adults at the party. It is customary to tip your party lead. (all tips are shared with all staff- none goes to the management. .
Q. Can I bring confetti or hang streamers?
A. If you use them, you may be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.
Q. Can I have alcohol for the adults?
A. No alcohol is allowed in our children's facility.
Q. When do you need to know my head count if I am ordering pizza, balloons or goodie bags?
A. 72 hours. At that time, we expect you to have a final headcount. The pizza company requires our orders the night before. Please use the phone numbers on the flyers provided. In case of emergency. If you notify us 24 hours, during business hours, prior we may be able to change your pizza order.
Q. What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza, balloons or goodie bag order?
A. For pizza, once you give us your numbers 72 hours before, your order has been placed and cannot be changed on the day of your party. You will be charged for whatever number of kids you give us. If you notify us 24 hours prior we may be able to change your pizza order.
For goodie bags, however, you will only be charged for the amount of goodie bags used, so approx. headcount is okay. You may also bring your own goodie bags or balloons.
Q. How much does a large and medium pizza feed for the adults and what about their drinks?
A. A large comes cut into 16 slices and a medium comes cut into 12 slices. It is up to you to determine how many adults you think you will have and how many pizzas you want for them. We will box up any leftovers for you to take home at the end of your party. Some drinks are free (call for details) and none can be taken home.
Q. Why do we have to put 15 minutes time sooner than our party actually starts on our invitations?
A. So your guests have a 15 minute window to arrive. That way all of your party will be there when it is time for your party to start, to hear the rules and get your childs' full play time.
Q. How early should I arrive before my party?
A. You should arrive at the same time as what you put on your invitations. There is another party in our facility, so arriving early will make no difference. It is best to have as little time as possible for the kids to need to wait.
Q. Can I bring my own decorations, paper products in myself and set them up before my party?
A. We provide plates, forks, cup and napkins free of charge, however, they are generic.
Q. What else do I need to bring in besides my cake?
A. A cake knife, candles, matches.
Q. Does each guest need a separate waiver even if they are in the same family?
A. Yes. However, all family members can be on the same waiver.
Q. What else should I bring to my party?
A. You are required to wear socks so please remember to bring a pair.
